Early access. We’ll confirm file compatibility and scope before any purchase.

Good to know.

How do I get started?

Start with the sample report, then request early access. Share your provider and what you need to reconcile so we can assess the fit. The form asks about your store and provider; you won’t upload files or pay today.

Does a flagged difference mean I’m owed money?

Not necessarily. A repeated charge may reflect a split shipment, and other differences can have valid explanations. Check the source records and your supplier agreement before raising a dispute.

What about product and shipping costs?

Product-cost comparisons need a separate cost table from you; that information isn’t in Shopify’s order export. Shipping charged to customers and shipping billed by your supplier are different figures. A gap between them can be expected.

What happens after I request early access?

We’ll review your provider and reconciliation needs to assess whether your files are a fit. There’s no payment or subscription, and submitting a request doesn’t book a report. We’ll confirm next steps before you share files.
